West End Ambulance is actively looking for additional volunteers
to join our crew. We are accepting applications for fully qualified EMT's
and First Responders as well as those with no training or certifications.
We will provide all the required training.

If you are interested in joining our team, there are two forms that
must be completed, a West End Ambulance Application
for Membership and a Pennsylvania State Police criminal
record check.

Both forms can be printed using the above links which are .pdf files.
After the forms are completed, they can be mailed
to the business office or if you prefer, they can be dropped off at the
office. As always, you can stop by the office to see what we are about
first hand and pick up an application.
