Emergency Transport
When you dial 911, the Monroe County Control Center dispatches the closest available ambulance. West End Ambulance or another service may be dispatched.
Please call 911 for any life threatening illness or emergency. This will provide the fastest response from the ambulance service. DO NOT CALL 911 unless there is a life theatening emergency.
Non Emergency Transport
We also provide medical transportation on a non emergency basis from hospital to hospital, home to hospital and hospital to home.

Standby
West End Ambulance provides standby service for local events including school sports and the West End Fair.
Special Events
If your organization is having a special event and you would like on site ambulance coverage, please contact our office.
Ambulett Service
West End Ambulance has a wheel chair van capable of transporting wheelchair bound patients to and from hospitals.
